I’m Dee Ackerman, retired administrative assistant for Pocono Township for 32 years. I’ve worked with many Supervisors and Commissioners and know a good man when I see one, Brian Winot is just that.
In these times, we need leaders that care for their residents, improve where we reside, keep us safe and do all of these without raising our taxes. This and much more is what Brian Winot is about.
He is a staunch supporter of our police and fire departments. Volunteering and donating his own money for observation drones, fire and police equipment, and working in the food stand at the carnival. I’ve been to many township events where Brian was there helping out, donating time and money and most importantly, listening to the concerns of residents.
He has and is playing a major part in the restoration of Pocono Township.
Opening a brand new park on Learn road, the beautifully renovated township building, and pickle ball courts. In addition to approving the road crew’s restoration of Glenwood hall. (The fountain looks fantastic!!)
These and so much more, that’s why he needs to continue the great work he’s doing. So on November 4th I’m voting for Brian Winot for Pocono Township Commissioner and I hope you will also.

I truly know Brian's commitment to our community. I know he's going to make sound business decisions that are right for Pocono Township and Pocono Township needs good leaders that understand business, that understand how your tax dollars are going to work and to be able to budge them appropriately and when infrastructure is one of the prime issues that we need work on today there's no one better than Brian to do that work for you, so I would urge you to vote for Brian for Pocono Township Commissioner.

Brian is in a league of his own when it comes to this race. He is the only one that has the experience both in terms of being a resident of Pocono Township for decades, having raised his family in the township, having his business headquartered in Pocono Township... he has a vested interest in making sure that both the residents and the businesses are provided for fairly and comprehensively.

For over a decade, Brian Winot has been a steadfast supporter of East Stroudsburg University swim team, and we are deeply grateful for his unwavering generosity. His contributions have helped us fund scholarship and create unforgettable experiences for the swimmers. Thanks for Brian's support, our swimmers have not only grown as athletes but as individuals learning the values of hard work, dedication and teamwork. With Brian's generous donation, ESU swim team was able to recruit one of the top swimmers, Vera Renshof from Netherland to compete for ESU, who has helped ESU swim team win the first conference Championship gold medal since 1979. Brian is a man who cares deeply about his family and the community he serves. Under his leadership, he has successfully grown his business, which is headquartered in Monroe County. In addition to his family and professional responsibilities, he has faithfully served as a Pocono Township Commissioner. He has stepped up and put himself out there to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. He has made a difference in the lives of the residents in Pocono Township and Monroe County by selflessly giving of his time and treasures. The township would benefit from more people like Brian serving in public office.
